the Tennessee rules and regulations.
This is to protect the well from caving in and to prevent contaminants
from
entering the
well. Casing will not be needed for the full well depth, only
to solid rock. We use only galvanized casing with a wall thickness
of
.0188. The use of galvanized casing has been proven not to rust
and cause iron scale that might enter your water source and stand
up
to the test of time for endurance. Your well casing will be properly
sealed and grouted with an approved NSF grout. This will form
a protective barrier against contaminated water
entering your well from
the
surface or
from undesirable aquifers. After the completion of the drilling
and the development of the well, we will sanitize your well to
insure
that bacteria was not induced in the drilling process, and place
a sanitary cap on the well. All measures are taken for the protection
of the ground water and to provide you with a superior water well.
